WARRANTY-LIABILITY DISCLAIMER-CONSUMER RESPONSIBLITIES

All products we sell, come with the original manufacturer's limited warranty.  Most of the warranties cover PARTS only and some cover PARTS & LABOR. Please check with us for information on your models warranty.

After every sale, we will send you all documentation for registration as required. 

We will also send SET-UP, MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS.

Here is a break-down of the warranties:

 

ALL BATTERIES IN NEW UNITS: 30 DAYS

GENERAL WARRANTY POLICIES:

Warranty starts from the date of purchase by the consumer. 

What is COVERED:  Coverage is REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of defective PARTS ONLY at our discretion.  Repaired components-we have the right to repair or modify the defective part and reuse it as long as it is free of foreseeable defects.  ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THAT FAIL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD MUST BE SAVED BY THE CONSUMER IN THE EVENT WE REQUEST THE RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PART.  The consumer must pay for shipping of the defective part back to us AND also the shipping of the replacement part.Coverage does NOT include LABOR unless otherwise specified in Product Description.  PLEASE NOTE:  OUR RESPONSIBILTY ON ANY WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF AN ENTIRE UNIT IF THE DEFECT IS DUE TO A PART FAILURE.

REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS will be done within a reasonable amount of time.  Some parts may be obtainable within days, other parts may take from two weeks or longer because they may have to be ordered from manufacturers in China, Japan, Taiwan or other countries.  We are not responsible for shipping delays.

On Scooters and Motorcycles:

Engine, transmission EXCEPT CHAINS & BELTS, drive train, carburetor, starter.

On ATVs, Go-Karts, Dirtbikes:

Engine, transmission EXCEPT CHAINS & BELTS, drive train, carburetor, starter.

What is NOT Covered:

Consumable and normal wear items such as air filters, brake pads, tires, tubes, oil filters and changes, light bulbs, body parts, alarm remote controls, clocks, radios, cassette players, fan, fan cover, mufflers, rims, wheels,, CHAINS, BELTS,  plastic covers or lenses, body parts, side view mirrors, or other problems occurring due to lack of scheduled maintenance or consumer abuse.  Modifications will void all warranties.  Parts damaged from accidents, abuse, or neglect. 

Warranty does not provide for the replacement of entire product or refund of purchase.  Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the REPAIR or REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE COVERED PARTS ONLY.

Towing, transporting, loss of use of vehicle, loss of time, loss of income, or other consequential damages are not covered.

Damage to property, injury to consumer or other parties is not covered. 

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, set-up or start-up of vehicle.  If you don't know how to set-up or start-up your product, have us or a professional mechanic do it for you.  Damage resulting from improper transport or off loading by buyer is not covered.  If you choose to assemble the product yourself, we will not be responsible for any equipment malfunctions, injuries or fatalities resulting from your decision to not have a qualified professional set-up the unit. 

Read the Owner's Manual.  Follow maintenance schedules and procedures.  SPECIAL NOTE:  Do NOT operate at MAX. SPEED for the first five hundred miles.  Allow the engine to be properly broken in.

Warranties are NOT TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Warranties are VOID if product is used in a manner for which it was not intended.  Warranty is VOID if product is used for RENTAL business.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

No implied warranties or agreements.  There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement.  We shall not be responsible for the payment of damages for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits or income to the customer as a result of a failure of any component or part. 

Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.  These products are not for use by children under 16 years of age unless otherwise noted in product description.

Consumer Responsibilities & SAFETY ISSUES

IMPORTANT:

If you purchase your product from us unassembled, you should have a  professional motorcycle mechanic, small engine mechanic, or auto repair mechanic assemble it for you if you do not have mechanical experience.

You must follow the minimum maintenance and break-in requirement suggested by the manufacturer and should document such service.

Consumer bears the responsibility to inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment remains in good working order and safe to use.  Purchaser understands the nature of SCOOTER, MOTORCYCLE, ATV, DIRTBIKE, POCKETBIKE, ELECTRIC SCOOTER, OFF-ROAD BIKE, CHOPPER, GO-KART OR OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLE riding and related activities and acknowledges that he or she and/or its intended user is qualified to operate it, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.  Purchaser assumes all risks when allowing others to operate vehicle.  If purchaser is not familiar with the nature of motorized vehicle riding then the purchaser should seek professional training before using.

Motorized vehicle riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, disability, paralysis, or even death.  These inherent risks and dangers may or may not be caused by purchasers own actions.  The purchaser of these vehicles fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred because of purchaser participation in riding activities.

Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating vehicle in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances.  Seller makes no representation that the vehicle is legal for operation in your specific municipality.

All Motorized Vehicle riders should wear proper protective equipment including HELMET, goggles, gloves, leg protection, etc.  In most states a HELMET is REQUIRED.

Off-road vehicles and ATVs must be ridden according to the guidelines of the ATV Safety Society(http://www.atvsafety.org/) and your state regulations.

TGB WARRANTIES

TGB is committed to providing excellent after service through swift warranty processing. Warranty claims can be mailed or faxed to Cobra Scooters LLC and will be processed within 30 days of receipt. A warranty registration card needs to be on file with Cobra Scooters LLC before a warranty claim can be processed unless the claim is due to shipping or crate damage and has not yet been sold. Warranty registration card must be received within 30 days of purchase.  Delivery and prep of all products must be done by an Authorized TGB Dealer or all warranties are void.

Warranty starts from date of purchase by the consumer for all TGB products. During the warranty coverage period, we will cover warranted parts and labor only. The dealer is required to get prior approval for any warranty work as well as order parts. After the warranty work has been completed, submit a warranty claim form for full reimbursement. All warranty credits will be issued to the dealer’s parts account. If you have overage on your account, you may request a check after reviewing your monthly statement.

2006-2007 MODEL YEARS:

TGB Scooter Warranty:

QLINK WARRANTY

All QLINK new Motorcycles and Scooters are covered by 2-year limited warranty on PARTS and LABOR, unlimited miles! ATVs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty on Parts only.

Warranty starts from the date of purchase by customers and only effective when the warranty is registered.

Our Quality Control Team inspects each product before it is packed and shipped from our manufacturers. With sophisticated quality assurance procedure, we ensure that the defect rate will be minimized. As a result, QLINK is proud to announce an industry-leading 2-year limited warranty.

All warranty work requires prior approval from QLINK. Warranty has to be performed by QLINK authorized dealers or service centers. All warranty parts will be shipped by DHL 2nd Day delivery to guarantee dealers can receive warranty parts on second business day.

Limited Motorized Vehicle Warranty on all TANK, VISON & URBAN series of On-Road products.

Limited Warranty:
36 Months or 36,000 Miles for ALL On-Road TANK, VISION & URBAN Series.
12 Months for all TRAIL & SCOUT Off-Road Products.

All warranty must be handled through the dealer where you purchased your products.
If you can not reach your dealer you will need to furnish a copy of your original invoice which must show our model number and vin number on the invoice before we can warranty your product directly.

PARTS ONLY FOR ALL PRODUCTS
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY:
Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans.
Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement.

TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.


COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS: You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized TANK Dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, TANK agrees (at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.

The following items are not covered under any circumstance.
Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame.

Initial Preperation and delivery issues (DEALER ONLY): Items not covered by the warranty above may be covered under the initial set up of the vehicle if reported to TANK by the dealer.

THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:
• THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED TANK DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION. Proof of this is required for warranty claims.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT.
• THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING.
• PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
• THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY.
• THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS.

TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.

LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: TANK does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances.

S&H Charges and WHO pays:

IN WARRANTY: If your product is still under warranty you may return any part for exchange, at your expense, to our El Monte California Distribution center. We will pay return shipping to you unless it is determined your part was abused or damaged other than manufacturers defect. Your dealer may handle the parts exhange for you at no expense to you however the option to do so is that of the dealers and we have no control of a dealers in house parts exhange policies.

Out of warranty: Customer is to pay for parts, S&H both ways and all labor charges.

In all cases you must send us the part that needs to be replaced. Failure to do so may result in your getting the wrong part. We are not responsible for wrong parts sent if we do not have your part to exchange and verify correct part numbers.

SHIPPING POLICY: The following is our shipping policy in general. See above for specifics of in/out of warranty shipping.
• All shipping related fees must be prepaid in full. Unless the customer is using Freight collect or has arranged his/her own freight.
• TANK can not guarantee delivery schedule.
• TANK is not responsible for shipping delays.
• TANK is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping.
• TANK is not responsible for any extra cost incurred by the customer after the part has been shipped.
• TANK is not responsible for return shipping costs and these costs must be included with the initial part order if not in warranty. If shipping funds are not included the part will not be shipped.
• TANK is not responsible for any cancellation incurred cost. All incurred costs due to cancellation must be paid in full and is not refundable. (Example: If product or part has left the warehouse and the order is canceled the shipping company will charge freight, whenever the product leaves our warehouse.)

Why do you need my part? We may need your part for several reasons.

  • We need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to send to you.
  • We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts and notify the correct manufacturer or potential future problems or recalls.
  • We need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.
  • Items under warranty must send parts back to get free exchanges.

LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY:
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS:
THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. TANK SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

NO OTHER AGREEMENT: There are no other agreements between the parties with regards to the components purchased except as stated in this agreement & limited warranty.
REPLACEMENT PART: TANK reserves the right to inspect the defective part before replacing it. In some cases TANK will require customer to send in the defective part for inspection before exchange can be made. The inspection process might take from 2-4 business days after its arrival to the designated inspection office. TANK will decide if the part in question is defective or otherwise. TANK does not reimburse shipping fee.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, dealer and distributor and/or end user, and not TANK, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from TANK. All equipment is sold subject to public law and any local, state or federal ordinances or international law. Dealers and end users must consult their local, state & country laws before ordering or purchasing products made or distributed by TANK. Dealer/Distributor agrees that absolutely no sales of any of our motorized products will be to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. TANK will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.

Purchaser hereby certifies that He/She is over 18 years of age. Purchaser has carefully read the foregoing and acknowledges that purchaser understands and agrees to all of the above terms and conditions. Purchaser has had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. Purchaser is aware that by ordering and sending payments for any item(s), purchaser assumes all risks and waives and releases certain substantial rights that purchaser may have or posess. Purchaser there for releases all liability and waives any and all rights purchaser may have in regards to purchases made of product directly or indirectly from TANK.
This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.

LIFAN WARRANTY

American Lifan Industry, Inc. and its distributors are committed to providing excellent after sales service through swift warranty processing,. All warranty claims should be mailed or faxed to American Lifan and/or its distributors and will be processed within 15 to 20 days of receipt.

A warranty registration card needs to be on file with American Lifan Industry, Inc. and/or its distributors before a warranty claim can be processed. Warranty registration card must be received within seven days from the date of

purchase. No warranty card will be accepted unless all the requested information is supplied, or if submitted after 30 days for date of purchase.

American Lifan Industry. Ine. and/or its distributors will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have warranty registration cards on file, it's the dealer's responsibility to double check the warranty card inside the crate and ensure it is mailed back to American Lifan, in case card is missing, report to American Lifan within 3 days. Claims are to be submitted within 30 days from the date of repair. Any claim submitted after the 3O-day grace period is subject to denial. Note: No claim will receive consideration if submitted after 60 days from the date of repair, and authorization from American Lifan Industry Inc. is a must before doing the repair which will result in warranty parts or labor reimbursement.

Warranty starts from the date of purchase by any consumers for all American Lifan Industry, Inc. products.

The following parts are covered under warranty.

Scooters & Street Motorcycles: 6 Months or 3000 miles whichever comes first.

Dirtbikes & ATVs: 3 Months.

Mechanical Parts:

Engine, transmission, drive train, carburetor, front shocks,

rear shocks and chain.

Rectifier, ignition coil, switch, main wire, fuel system,

starter relay and cm modules

Bodv Parts:

                Plastics, moldings or body covers are not covered under warranty.

Shipping: and Labor:

Shipping and Labor is not covered under warranty.

                                       

Note: If there is shipping damage to your unit, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the unit in question. Dealer must submit pictures of the damaged parts by mail to American Lifan Industry, Inc. or its distributors.

Note: Absolutely no warranty for consumable and normal wear items such as spark plugs, light bulbs, lubricants, air filters, hoses, brake shoes, tires/tubes, battery, or problems occurring due to lack of professional assembly, scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse.

Any and all modifications to the vehicle will void the manufacturer's warranty. Defective parts are subject to be recalled by American Lifan Industry, Inc. and are required to be held by the dealer for ninety days. When warranty has been confirmed, American Lifan Industry, Inc. and/or its distributors will ship all parts via UPS Ground only.

The Power Sports Factory, exclusive importer and distributor of Qianjiang Motorcycles, Strada Motorcycles and Yamati Motorcycles, offers the following warranty program:

ALL WARRANTIES above are in effect as long as the product has been operated and maintained according to the commendations of the manufacturer (see owner’s manual if supplied).  In order to Warranty Program become effective, the following steps MUST BE COMPLETED:

 

-         Products must be assembled and prepped by certified/authorized Power Sports Factory dealer.

-         Warranty card must be signed by certified/authorized dealer

-         Warranty card must filled out in order to activate Product Warranty

-         Note: in case above steps NOT completed - your product will be covered under 2005 Product Warranty. 

 

To present a claim, customer shall produce a valid warranty card, fill out warranty report card and deliver the defective part for exchange to the Power Sports Factory at his or her own expense. This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine Qianjiang Motorcycles, Strada Motorcycle or Yamati Motorcycle manufactured parts. This Warranty is applicable only to the customer as the original purchaser of the "product" from the Power Sports Factory or its Authorized Dealers and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of any Power Sports Factory product from the customer.

 

THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

 

ENGINE: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, piston or pistons, wrist pin or pins, crankshaft and main bearings,  connecting rod and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, cylinder head (s), engine block, and cylinder barrel or barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (CDI, magneto, and all sensors and electrical control sending devices), fuel system, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts, linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSFER CASE: (SHAFTDRIVE) all internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts, or fluids are not covered by this agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL: (GEARBOX) all internal lubricated parts contained within the gearbox housing case. The gearbox housing itself if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained in the gearbox housing. Accessory items, included but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pump, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSMISSION: (Automatic or Manual): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The complete hydraulic system must be filled including internal transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter (s) installed accessory items, included but not limited to, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement
.

 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

 

Plastic shrouding, body panels or covers, reflectors, remote, alarm, key fobs, seat upholstery, light bulbs, tires, brake linings, belts, clutches, variators or batteries as these components are wearable items. 

 

 

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized Power Sports Factory Dealer to assemble your new unit and do the prep work to assure your unit is in proper working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so please keep all receipts. You must have a professional mechanic servicing your unit to file a parts warranty claim.

 

Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Power Sports Factory agrees (at its discretion) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.

 

All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for review, repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Any damage during shipping of a scooter, motorcycle, ATV or dirt bike to a dealer/customer on an initial purchase must be claimed by the dealer / customer through the freight delivery company and is not the responsibility of the Power Sports Factory. We will assist with your claim in anyway possible to rectify the problem in a professional and timely manner.


This Warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the "product" or failure to function resulting from failure to operate or maintain the "product" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by the manufacturer (if supplied); or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than the manufacturer.


These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness.

The Customer represents and agrees that any claims that it may assert against the Distributor/Importer/Dealer shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.  In the event of necessary warranty work please contact the Power Sports Factory. You will need to provide the Make, Mode, invoice number and Vehicle Identification Number. This information is available on your bill of sale and or invoice. We may help you determine what, if any, part is defective; we can offer technical advise if needed through our in-house technical support department.

 

The Power Sports Factory will make every effort to assist you by phone, email or fax in getting your Scooter, Motorcycle, Dirt Bike or ATV up and running as quickly as possible if a part fails or is defective within the warranty period. 

This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, damage from abuse, misuse or neglect or damage incurred during shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing please CONTACT PSF and we will ship the part in good faith within 7-12 business days or advise you of the lead-time if longer. If a part is not in stock we will make every effort to obtain a replacement part from our supplier if it is available. All parts must be returned for inspection before replacement parts are shipped. If a problem cannot be diagnosed over the phone, we may ask you to take the vehicle to a reputable repair shop, at your expense including labor, for diagnosis if you do not have a mechanic to troubleshoot the problem. We will consult with the mechanic and furnish any needed or warranted part as outlined above.
